We finally have our 3rd addition! Born Thursday Nov. 8th @ 6:58p.m, he is a big boy! 9lbs 8oz and 21 inches long. He is strong and healthy and looks beautiful! We all are busy adoring him, well I'm busy adoring him and feeding him, he's hungry quite a bit! Lexi just loves him and wants to hold him all the time, Lizzi is still not sure about him, but she says he's cute. It's been so fun to have a new baby, it's like having the first again because it's been so long. Thank you to everyone for your love and support as we've been making adjustments!

Family Pics August 2007

We just recently had our family pictures taken for this year. We haven't really ever done any family pics with me all prego. Now we can't wait to get some taken when the baby finally arrives. Or is it just I can't wait for the baby to arrive!;) We all are so excited for our new addition! November is just around the corner!

Ultrasound pics are so neat but the face shots are kinda of spooky.

We found out recently that we are welcoming a little baby BOY! into the family. My hubby has been outnumbered for sometime now(even our pets are girls!) and we are all anxious for this little boy to be here. The girls are so excited to have a baby brother and Lexi kept saying, "I knew it was a boy!" So funny. The girls got to be in the room when we had the ultrasound and seemed very fascinated that we could see the baby. I am even more excited now to see the baby(we know what the girls we make look like:) Soon enough. The pregnancy is going really good, baby is very active and I'm still mobile enough to fly. Oh and we do sort of have a name. It's not a for sure but when we didn't know if Lexi was a boy or girl we had 2 names picked out and we've always like this one for a boy, Anthony Carter Massey, but we'd probably just call him Carter. It's not set in stone but it's what we have for now! If anyone would like to share their thoughts on names please do. One might stick! I Love the little feet, even though they are up in my ribs!
Luckily there was no hiding going on so it was real abvious what we were having.

Rim Country Campout

Our Recent Camping Trip to Rim Country! It was so fun, but we weren't expecting the surprise snow, so it was a little cold! We'd hadn't been camping in so long we didn't care. Besides we don't see snowfall very often.

Self Worth

My daughter Lexi has this little note book to doodle in and one day I was just browsing through it looking at her cute pictures thinking how her drawings have changed so much over a short time, when i came upon this page in it. It reads, "I luve Dad, I luve Mommy, I luve Lizzi, I luve Myself. It melted my heart to see her mispelled words written on the little piece of paper. It's so important to me that my children know how much I love them. And I thought how wonderful that she expresses her love back. And I was really happy to know that she loves herself. So many children don't realize in this day and age how important it is to love yourself and i'm so greatful that she knows her self worth at such a young age! I pray I can help her keep that image in the years to come.

...and Baby makes 5!

Something was running a little behind this month, and i decided to make sure it was nothing to take it off my mind. So i took a test and it turned out negative and i threw it away. "I knew it was negative", i said to myself.(I've done this before),Well like everytime before i had to pull it out of the trash a few minutes later just to be sure and there it was! The vaguest hint of a second line. "No Way" i said out loud. I still didn't believe it so i decided the next morning i would take another and the same exact thing happened. See for yourself, can you really see the second line? So i decided something must be wrong with the brand i was using and went to the store to get another. This time no uncertainties i would purchase the digital so there was no mistaking. Well i took it and as you can see there is no mistaking the word PREGNANT! What a surprise, but a wonderful one. We are so excited! And ironically i just threw out a bunch of my old baby stuff. So now we get to have fun shopping too! It's going to be a crazy next nine months so we'll keep you posted!

First Ride!!!

The Girls first ride in a Helicopter! I think mom was more excited than they were, but they had a really good time. Tony said they stared out the windows in amazement the entire time. Mom's little co-pilots. They look so cute w/ their headsets on.

New Addition

We have added to our little family, and unfortunate to my husband we have added more estrogen hahaha! We now have a little Min Pin named JuJu(Lizzi named her). She is 3 years old and just as sweet as our Meesha. Meesha and JuJu play really well together and JuJu is so good w/ the girls. We are glad to have her in the fam!

Christmas Shoot

We had some Christmas pics taken recently and these are the results(thank you Cammie!) We picked our favorite for our greeting card and it's not on here because i don't want to be redundant! I love this time of year so full of love and caring like the whole year should be! It is a time to look back and say "i made it through another year!" Just kidding, i love being w/ family and friends and remembering what is really important and why we celebrate this time. Thank you everyone for making this year another special one!

Downtown Walk

Our Downtown has some of the coolest artwork that they display out on the streets. They switch it up from time to time and this time it is mostly wild animals! So we took a walk w/ the girls downtown to check out the statues. I can't believe how much they loved them. My favorite was the girl playing w/ the Apache helicopter of course, but i loved the momma bear too! Lexi really liked the Rhino and Lizzi's favorite was the lizard(Daddy's favorite too). The Big pink chair had ants on it so that's why the girls don't look so happy to be sitting on it. We really enjoyed the visit and will definately do it again! Well i hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Love you all!

Candice Solana Scott(Gurnow)

Born February 20th 1985. The baby for 6 years, now the middle child-she has issues!J/K. Candice has a free spirited personality and a wild side that makes life spontaneous and fun. She has always been mischievous and never hesistates to do anything that looks remotely amusing. When we were little i remember she was always willing to do the things we weren't. Her laugh is contagious and her smile just invites the bright side of life! We don't always agree and we have had rough times as I want to mother my little rebelious sister, but we have a loving relationship. She is genuine and will try to do the best she can when someone needs her. She always takes the adventerous road and i love that about her.

A Happy Halloween!

The Costumes!The Food!More Fun Costumes our neighbor as Superman!The Hunt!!!One house was just too scary for Lexi and another had a snake to pet, too cool!End Results -two tired girls and lots of Candy!
We had such a great time this Halloween w/ family and friends. We went to Tony's uncle's neighborhood and had hot dogs and chips for dinner(it's so nice to not have to worry about dinner for Halloween) and then we went trick-or-treating. Lexi and Lizzi are all about princess stuff this year so Lizzi was Cinderella and Lexi was Tinkerbelle. They looked so super cute! And we made off pretty good this year w/ the Candy too!

We went to Schnepf Farms this last Saturday w/ Ben, Cammie and their family and had such a fun time! We went on rides, pet farm animals, danced to music, ate kettle corn and had fun just being together! It's hard to find a pumpkin patch quite like the ones in Missouri, but this was pretty neat and huge too! I bought some homemade sweet potato butter, super yummy! I think we found a new family tradition for fall(well for when we aren't visiting Mo.)!

My sweet, loving, supportive better half. Born August 26th 1975, Price, he is known to most as Tony. We met one summer day both walking down a small road in a small town and ever since it has been an amazing adventure. We have our set-backs and our pick-ups and through our seven years of marriage i have nothing but fallen more in love. When i am a wreck he is together and when he is frustrated i am calm, isn't that the great thing about a great relationship. When we were first dating i thought we had so much in common,( and we did) through the years we have grown and changed and can be so different, which, though we differ, our differences are a product of our separate experience which adds up collectively for a wiser companionship…I believe it has expanded our possibilities (in parenting, activities, decision making, ect…). And we still have that bond that time and change cannot subdue. And for my best friend (and bonus lover) that bond is there for eternity! I am truly blessed to have everything i wanted in a marriage, and I am a better person because of him. I love my hubby w/ all my heart and he will always know it.

Alizabeth Nichole Massey

Ah our Lizzi, the second child(3yrs old), currently the baby, she is one cute, lovable, crazy kiddo! Born on Saturday, January 18th, Lizzi came just a couple days early, which is so the begining of her wild and spontaneous personality. Lizzi is our busy body cannot be still (unless mommy's reading a story). She is so creative always wants to be doing something w/ her hands! She's always looking for an adventure some of which include riding on daddy's motorcycle and grandpa's boat. She loves food and making messes w/ her food, and she's not afraid to try anything new. Lizzi's our friendly child always saying hi to everyone w/ a big smile. A day is just not complete w/o Lizzi to shake things up!

What can i say about my first born! She is one special girl. Looks like her daddy, acts like her mommy. Lexi is now 5, will be six in April on the 13th. She was born on friday, i know the 13th! But it was good friday! Lexi is our big helper and she has definately helped her sister come along quickly w/ alot of different things. I know she will always be a light for her sister the way she looks out for her now. Lexi is loving kindergarten, she's always loved learning, more than i know i ever did. And she loves to be involved in activities. She is not like her sister though in that she loves to be around mom and dad, Lizzi could be happy doing her own thing, but Lexi wants to be one of the grown-ups! And you can't pull any fast ones w/ Lex, she's a smart cookie, although dad always has fun trying. Our world would not be the same w/o Lexi and we are so glad she's here to share it w/ us.

We are All Special!

And we are all special, born into this world with perfect reason and to fulfill things we may not even know. So stayed tuned the next few months cause you will be next. I'm excited to tell everyone what i love about you. So now when i refer to someone in my posts everyone will know who i'm talking about.

First SOLO!

SOLO Time!!! My first solo was incredible. We flew together and then when i was ready my instructor got out and i was so nervous, but i picked the helicopter up into a hover and all my nervous feelings were gone! I thought "i can do this, i do this all the time" It was so awesome being up there by myself. After i was done it is tradition to cut out the shirt tail and my instructor is cool cause he draws a pic on it for us, as seen here. (The OK in my name is my nick name because i say "ok" alot.) I am sooo excited to be progressing in my goal to becoming a heli pilot. I can't wait to take everyone up!

New Camera!!!

Flight Test

This week has been really crazy, I've been preparing for a big test at school which I took today! Good news-I passed! It wasn't as hard as I had anticapated. I'm just glad it's over.
I really have enjoyed being in flight school. Flying is more incredible and more fun than I ever thought it could be. I'm glad i'm over this hurdle and then it's another test, and another and one final one before I get my Private Pilot license! Yippie!!! And then there's even more, but I am so looking forward to it.
